I am looking for someone to take my place in a 3/2 apartment. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, so you don't have to worry about theft. The community is gated and has a beautiful pool and recently refurbished clubhouse. It is located on 441 in between palmetto and glades. The community is called Arbor Oaks. I have been living there for a year and a half and have decided to move out with my girlfriend so i need to find a replacement. We had roomates living there but they recently moved out so the apartment is vacant. You can live by yourself in a 3/2 for $475! The lease is up June 30th! The location is perfect if someone is looking to go to FAU and just to live in a upperclass city for cheap. The total rent is $1410, but my portion is $475.
