Tooo many people believe what others say and pass the message on to others without seeking first hand knowledge about the information they preach.

And who is to blame them... knowledge about Marijuana is kept in the dark. The truth behind the studies of Marijuana are sometimes mysteries in itself.

to put it this way the few times i went to work without baking the staff would ask me if im feeling ok, because i dont seem like myself... :D then i would come back from break and they said "there you go your not depress looking i like to see you like that ,did you talk it out, is the problem resolved" ... "yes sir"

lol yes because other wise i would be the biggest asshole known to man. I use to fight people almost everyday of my life, Im not proud of that because being a black belt i should have self discipline and self control. But smoking has stopped my chronic asthma and my anger issues. so yes you can say that she is proud of me not what i do. but proud that i chilled out.

Personally my parent's would rather me smoke then take oxy 80's , and flexaril's (sp?) like ive been perscribed. Sorry but THAT ruin's Lives.

I'm not a candidate for back surgery. Idr the details but i was a candidate like last year and as of this year after a recent MRI there's more of a chance of complications. I occasionally loose all feeling's in my leg's temporarily and collapse when running up stair's, lifting any kind of weight even the right way.

I lay in bed for hour's. Ill lay down at 9 pm and lay with my eye's closed there till about 5 ... if that's what you consider sleeping by all means... I guess i sleep a lot.
 
^i know what you mean, i do that sometimes too. thats why sometimes i like to take sleeping pills. you dont take sleeping pills?
 
For you guys with sleeping problems - cut the caffeine, don't do anything in bed (other than screwing and sleeping), set your alarms in the morning to the same time every day, and try some melatonin 30mins before you want to go to bed (start w/ 3mg). Your sleeping will improve.
