it mght just be me but the quality just doesn't seem to be there like #2.
rolling shots in mid day need cp filters unless its over cast.
your first interior shot i would've turned off the dome light and laid a sheet over the windows so you don't see the star flares from the street lights. the second interior shot my eye is drawn to the hot spot on the lcd/hud/whatever it is.
