Yesterday my neighbor and I traveled down to the Krome Penit to meet up with a graffiti artist to take some pictures. I had only planed to stay for about 2 hours, but ended up staying all day. The previous weekend Joe Perri, his friends, and I all went their at 2 in the morning. Only getting 10 feet into the place and ran out, excluding Joe, he stayed in the car. So I need to go back and face my fears with the place, and I accomplished my goal. Traveling to the very back out the property, were there is an old Indian burial ground. Talk about freaky. The whole day I had to duck and hide from paintballers playing in the place. But I made friends with them so they didn't shoot me, except the one guy who's gun "messed up." At about 7 o'clock a new group of paintballers arrived to play some nighttime games. They didn't play one game, due to the fact that it is pitch black out there. So they ended up pulling their cars into the place, and threw a party. Some people didn't know we were there so it gave us the perfect chance to mess with them. One of the guys gave me his camouflage gear and I hid right by the entrance. When they passed me, I screamed "HEY FELLAS WE HAVE FOOD!!!" They pooped their pants and ran their asses out of there. I could not stop laughing. But the night ended in a bad way. After about 20 people showing up some kids decided to start a fire, not smart, after just having Alligator Ally shut down for 2 weeks due to brush fires. So the fire department came, and broke the fun times up. Followed by 5 cops, asking for ID's. My best guess is that they are going to fence the place up, not allowing people to go in there anymore.
