i recently purchased a KOYO RADIATOR as advertised on www.heavythrottle.com but when i recieved it i noticed it was of a different brand i recieved a KOYORAD RADIATOR(www.koyo-rad.co.jp) now are these 2 actually different brands????? i dont care i just wanna know if the one i bought is cheaper or shitier than a KOYO RADIATOR because if so they gonna have some probs not to mention the rad they sent me was not for a sr but for a ka meaning the samco hoses for a sr i ordered did not match the holes so basically fuck heavythrottle 1.false advertising 2.wrong rad

if it says KOYO followed by a lil checker flag.
then its a koyo.
Same goes for the box. wich should be in blue letters.

if it says KOYO-Rad. LOL i dunno WDF that is.

koyorad is another company. I think they make radiator caps and thermostats also.
from the looks of their thermostats, they suck. But I dont know about the radiators. Good luck.
 
no dude send that shit back and get what you paid for. not that i know naything about 'koyorad' but you paid for a koyo and thats not what they sent you.
 
i can care less for brands as long as this one is as good or better than a koyo how can one tell??its already installed sadly

should have sent it back ASAP man...koyorad sounds like an ebay brand to me.
 
yea man fuck that thing get a real koyo, ya know with KOYO by itself and shit. cheap ass price =cheap ass product.


plus koyo aint jdm it says made in INDO.

thats what im saying and KOYORAD is a jdm brand so idk it looks and functions fine 2 me i have to run it with a e-fan do regular KOYOS need to run with a e-fan??
 
they sent you a ka radiator, error on heavy throttle's part as for "koyorad" that is their new logo it was updated last year for the SEMA show just get an exchange you'll be fine.
 
the ka part doesnt bother me jg makes a cool lookin top hose so thats fine the samco hoses were overkill anywayz by the way how do you know this info???
 
ok i have contacted my supplier of my Koyorad
he said its a new design and that it is infact an authentic KOYO
he gave me a customer service number from koyo to call but i havent called as yet..

1-888-557-KOYO u can call them and ask them about your store and their authenticity

because i was at the KOYO booth last year at SEMA to get an update on their new line of products
