I'm very confused. Please explain better.

x100000000 take your time and explain what is happening. I have no idea whats going on based off that first post.

Ok I Want To Put The Turbo On But I Cant Because It Wont Idle So I Am Dring The Car With The Maf On The Inter Cooler Pipeing Where The Turbo Should Be So Basicly Am Using The Inter Cooler As And Intake But The Car Wont Idle I Dont Know If It Can Be Idl Control Valve

k for one its intercooler and second it seems to me like your running the maf in thr wrong location. it should only be like a foot away from the tb. also did you check your icv or check for vacum leaks??? post some pics of what you did

The air flow sensor dose not have to be a foot away from the throttle body. Almost every one runs a draw through setup which places the airflow sensor before the turbocharger.

Do you have the iacv valve routed to the cold pipe and its clamped securely?

what airflow sensor are you using? Do you still have the screens that are in place on the s14 and z32 units? Do you have an air filter before the sensor? Dose the engine respond if you rev the engine? Dose it rev freely?

yea what i meant was the i think hese got the maf on one side running all the way through the intercooler. this would probaby cause a problem. hese saying hese running it withough a turbo right now. just intercooler.

That dose not matter, it might have .002 second of stumble if you stab the throttle but it should not effect the way the engine runs in any major way.

ok i still have the stcok ka maf and i tried to clean the icv with throtle body cleanr and seafome and it did not work it tries to idle but it wont ill post pics tonight and whats iac

the car tries to idle but then it dies i dont know what it can be i tried cleaning th idle control valve with seafoam and throtthle body cleaner but nothing i dont know how big of a vaccum leak does it have to be can the egr valve cause that

idle problem

not an expert but trying to help. did u do anything at all with the intake manifold, like pulling it apart, putting new gaskets or so during the swap?

if ur shure that ur maf is good, and u dont have any huge vaccum leak and iac valve is good, then;
i dont know about ur swap too much bro, but, idle problem will be air or fuel , car will start right away but it either idle like doodoo or start, rev up to like 2500rpm steady for a few seconds and then fall in his face... its a fuel rail vaccum line that always cause idle problems if is routed incorrectly, the line has to take vaccum before throttle to get the right idle/throttle response...

hope it helps u a lil bit....peace:cool:

am going to post pics asap i just dont get on a computer to often and when i do am never in my car ill try by tomorow to post it doesanyone have a diagram how how to set up the ka and iliminate all the emissions this will really help i can take alot of head ach off
