Jason Jiovani to replace Mike Peters

i had a feeling Jason was going to take over.......YAAAYYY YAAAAA!!!!

Jason is an awesome driver and a cool ass dude......Can;t wait for Rnd 3....no funding to make Rnd 2 this weekend!
 
Hey peeps, thanks for the compliments/enthusiasm and yea its true- I'll be judging for NOPI Round 2. that is all that i know as of now, perhaps I will be there in future rounds if all goes well I don't know the full details. I was actually still trying to get my car ready at xat yesterday for St.Louis myself and got a call from NOPI.

As far as mike is concerned- I dont want to hear reasons, bad talk, rants and raves, I don't know what happened, its not my business. In simple terms I was asked to fill in and I accepted. I'll do the job the best I can and Hopefully it all works out for everyone involved.

In the mean time, I drove this whole series last year and know what its like to be on the flip side (as a driver) and what I wanted from the judges. I will do my best to provide you with all the answers you need. I will do my best to work with my fellow judges and provide a professional and friendly environment and am ALWAYS open for questions about the course (what I personally want to see) and *i have to check with nopi* but I don't mind giving tips if you find yourself stuck/caught up by a certain point of the track- im no D1 champ, but sometimes a different perspective helps. And if your don't already know this, ALWAYS ASK EACH JUDGE if you can WHAT THEY EACH WANT and find the best middle ground. Don't drive 2000miles and be too scared to ask a few questions.
 
Sweet. All we need, a reckless driver as a judge. Do you get extra points if you clip your 1/4 panel twice on the same corner and keep drifting? :D

Fine my ass for what? I'm not on the NOPI roster. ;) I'll be the first to say that I have nowhere near the funds to properly persue the NOPI series. If a qualifier comes by, sure why not, for curiosity's sake. For now, I much rather apply my funds elsewhere.

damn son, getting my initial wrong when its in the title of the thread... sounds like a fine to me hahaha. if i fine anyone its going to be myself... for being fine.. ooooh
 
I know Box'll do a good job this weekend, adn the event should be a lot better than Moroso since the regular Nopi Staff will be sharing the workload. I just had too much stuff getting piled on me and I gave up, I'm really glad they took my reccomendation for a replacement in the timeframe we had to work with and I think/hope Nopi can get their ducks in a row and have a solid organized and solid staffed event.

I'll probably be back later this year in some form or fashion, although I'm sure theres some awesome e-drama that I don't care to hear about or be involved in.

Lisa/Glenn/Bear will be there to yell at people, so the judges don't have to worry about enforcing rules for this round, hope it goes smooth.

hahahahahaha......you are to funny dude...hahahaha i just almost pee'd myself laughing so hard early in the morning....well its almost 11am.....I need a job!

try to hold your grounds for NJ Jason.....so we can crack on Chelsea
