They fucking suck...They gave me a great motor for the fact it's in great condition...great compression ( even tho the compression numbers they gave me were not even close to what I got... )...but I feel like I simply lucked out. It took me 2 1/2 weeks to get my damn engine. They sent me the wrong ecu ( which caused me start fucking losing hair!! ). They were supposed to ship out the ecu a month ago...I'm still fighting for the damn thing! They are way 2 quiet and love to hurry conversation...I don't trust them...Heres some email conversation.
After 2 weeks waiting for the damn ecu-I wrote-Aug 23

-Hello, I'm the guy that you sent the wrong ecu to. I originally called you a week and a half ago and spoke to someone about the problem. He told me he would send me the right rb20det ecu the next morning. Then they tells me to ship the rb26dett ecu first ( which cost me 32 dollars, after paying a good 1380 my my engine ). I need my car...I'll send you the tracking number of the ecu being shipped. I'm asking if you would be able to ship out the correct ecu asap. Please call me to reassure that I'm getting the right ecu...there are different rb20det ecu's I need to make sure you're going to send me right one. I could have sold the rb26dett ecu for 200 and have bought my ecu already. Please work with me. Thank you! Phone is 305xxxxxxx-Ivan Arvelo

That tracking number doesn't exist in their system at this time...I really need the tracking number, please give me the right one. Thank you

Point is they are giving me the run around...I called them and they were very short with me and simply said 'I'm giving it to you now please wait'...They kept me on hold for 5 min till I hung up...

I give them a 1 out of 10 ( Just cause the engine is nice) ....Stick with JDM OF MIAMI!!! They are good for a reason...why go through the headache...
 
I still have not a clue if they've even shipped my ecu...One thing is being in Canada ( so everything will take a tad bit longer ), but another is avoiding contact with your client...Assholes...They still don't return my calls and just stick me on hold...

Wow this is a story that I wouldn't like seeing happening to any of my costumers. Sometimes people make mistakes and is good to learn from your mistakes. You make sure you learn form it and hopefully others don't make the same or worst. I appreciate all the feedback I get from you guys, it makes me work even harder to get you guys the best of the best of JDM products. This post will remind me of how hard We at JDM Of Miami worked to get to the top and keep on climing!!
