Isis tension rod question

looking forward to replacing my front lower control arms for new ones but i dont know if i should get new stock ones or just get adjustable ones. anyone have any experience with adjustable lower control arms?
also, i noticed all adjustable front lower control arms bring their own bolts to bolt down the tension rod onto it. i currently have isis tension rods that bring the studs already pressed onto em. would it be possibly/healthy to knock them out and use the bolts the adjustable arms bring?

The adj flca are just fine, just knock out the pressed in studs on the tension rod n use the bokts that come with the flca.

spend a little more and get the Megans
you have to buy new tensions with the kit but its built well
I have modded knuckles on my s13 and beat the hell out of it
