Intake valve to engine loose?

Hey guys, I just got my car and exqueeze me if this is in the wrong section but...I usually pop my hood before I drive and kind of give the car a small inspection before driving....because of this I have fixed a few small problems these assholes gave me with the car, such as them not tightening the air filter on my intake; Pshh like they "forgot" or something. Well today I was looking under the hood and I noticed that one valve from my intake going to my engine was REALLY loose...nowl; I dont know EVERYTHING about cars but I DEFINITlY know im loosing compression somewhere along the line because of this...I want to replace this problem asap but I dont know what to do, buy another valve thingie? or a rubber seal or something? sorry for sounding dumb but I really appriciate all your guys' help!

below are pics of what im talking about!

PCV grommet? I've been trying to find one at these local autoparts places and none have, do you think a PCV grommet for a honda would work?

dude you should probably sell the car, but something stock, and never pop the hood again..
why would the pcv valve have anything to do with your compression at all?

next time google search before you post on here and make yourself look retarded

He said compression and sure he was thinking vacuum. We were all n00bs at some point!

To the OP, you can put some silicone on it, shove it back in and wait for it to dry - done deal.
