Idleing problems what can it be?

hey guys my sr20det is haveing a problem with the idle for some reason. it idles really high ( 2500rpm ).i tryed everything i can think of to get it down to 1k to 1500 nothing is working!! anyone have any ideas of what i can do to get this idle down from 2500 to 1500 or 1000.

i tryed the idle screw, i backed it down all the way to where it was out and it was still idleing high. i even tryed to loosen the throttle cable and that didnt work. if anyone can help me please do.
