I need help!!!

Ok heres my problem.
1. I have an s14
2. I have a developing serious lower back illness/pain
3. S14 seats are kicking my ass!!!
4. I want a new seat! ASAP

Has anyone ever gone through this dilemma or can recommend me a very comfortable seat. I'm pretty much 5'10" 190lbs Not Fat but not skinny.

I would really appreciate anyones concern and help towards my problem as it can become serious enough to not let me drive my beloved car anymore.
