yea and thats the problem with having proam and finals same day. sherman SHOULD have been able to enter proam as 'not having enough points' from the season.... but he didnt know how it would turn out yet since he could have gotten those points that night. heh. silly.

also, people like sherman, who are previously proven, can get a license with an extra fee sometimes. it depends on the situation, FD is actually decent about drivers who have a tough year.
