I've got metal shavings of what seems to be ALUMINUM coming out of the bellhousing of a KA tranny that i just swapped. My old tranny's 2nd and 3rd gear were broken so i picked up a good s14 tranny from Sideways88 here on the forums.
helped my buddy swap it in overnight he says he did everything right but i don't believe him. i have no fucking clue what to do i'm unexperienced with 240s and advanced mechanical shit and i've lost complete trust for my friend.
i have a $600 competition clutch, clutch & flywheel kit in there and even though none of it is aluminum, i really don't wanna keep fucking with it and seriously damage some shit. The flywheel is lightweight steel.
any help would be appreciated.
