How do you get your Fuel Injectors Out????

How do you guys get your Fuel Injectors out without destroying them? i wanna maybe get my rail set out to get polished or something. Also need to know cause i have a ton of injectors in rails that i wanna take out but i destroyed like 6 alrdy not one good one came out.
 
first what motor? and second how do u destroy injectors removing them? when u unbolt the rail they should come right out
 
If they've been in there for a long time you have to twist em around a bit and try and pry em out with a flathead, i dunno but it worked for me....this worked for stock sr injectors while taking out of the rail as well as ka injectors
 
put two screws in finger tight and take two small flatheads and gently pry them out after soaking them with pbblaster and turn them a lil.
 
There is a place to use a screw driver. A lil WD40 Helps. Pull of the Injector cap and use a flat head between the rail and the slot in the injector. Look at the new injectors to find the slot.

PS-I would run to Lowe's or Home Depot and replace those Phillips screws with Hex Heads or Allen Bolts.
 
k thanks ill try it tomorrow always thought there was a special tool or something to make it alot easier or something lol.
