Hotshot headers??

Hi, I was wondering how much an s14 hotshot header would cost, and where one can be purchased. Also, is hotshot the best when it comes to headers?

I've seen them go for about $300 on eBay. BTW, if you're planning to go turbo then don't bother getting them and just use the money on suspension but that's just my opinion/advice.

They make a greater difference then a catback exhaust and a intake. A header works best a catback exhaust so it can be a FULL exhaust system. I believe the highest (which is pushing it) you can go on N/A is 170rwhp. Forget the header unless you dont plan to go on boost within the next 5 years. One could only wish!! 170whp would require intake,header, 2.5" exhaust, cams, underdrive pulleys, ITBs (they're more for throttle response and don't see hardly any gain on the KA), fuel management system, stand alone ecu, ground wires (they help), cam gears, and other crap. It's worth the $$$. Standard KA-Ts and SRs have around 180WHP.

There has never been a N/A KA that even came close to 200whp but I'm not saying it's impossible. It just takes too much money.

i Have an Na-ka i have'nt dynoed my car..but with lsd,11lb flywheel,compettion clutch,cold air intake,Headers,full exhaust,msd ignition...im running pretty fast.my next mods are intake manifold,cams,underdrive pulley,fuel pump.and some type of stand alone system with bigger injectors..im sure i'll be near the 200 hundred range...and thats barely touching the internals.

i think this car has the record and im not only talking about hp record. its only a SOHC. pretty much a direct replica motor of the IMSA S13s. 4lug, and still using OEM radiator and waterpump.

yea i know but estimated 340hp on a SOHC!!!! 200whp can be made on a DOHC n/a no one has used every part and done everything to the motor, just minor bolts ons and then they give up. honestly 180whp on a DOHC n/a KA can be made easy this is just my opinion.
