Hotkarl Allstar Bash aka Drift Night 12

Josh is saying that if it looks as though its gonna thunderstorm all day, he is gonna cancel it. I'll try to keep you guys up to date so you guys dont drive all the way up here and the event be cancelled.

"for now the event is on... if I do not post that it is canceled by 5pm friday then show up in full force"

what are the tech requirements for this event ?(besides the 10lbs) also newbie friendly ?
 
common sense stuff, battery tie down, good helmet, they dont inspect real hard. i get by with a massive windshield crack.

This event kinda sucked....for me.
Got there with major power steering issues.
Got the bitch ready to drive, went through tech, got in line at around 8. Did my first run at 9:15. almost crashed a bunch. Hit alot of stuff. it was awesome.

Sorry to Bill Fisher, I didnt realize it till someone said something to me later. I spun tires and I was in dirt and that shit went alll over your car in stagin. I didnt event realize it until we were leaving and someone told me I was a dick for doin it. sorry dood.
 
^ Bro no worries. Like it would bother me i hit the wall the first run and thought i toasted my clutch. Waited two hours for the clutch to cool, then tryed to adjust it down and it worked great the rest of the night. But i drove so bad, i drove all the way back to west palm and put on fresh tires at 2:30a.m and went and street slide better than i drove all night tonight at osw. Thanks For the cool session tonight hotkarl guys are cool as fuck 4-sure. Thanks to everyone that came up and said hello i had fun even though i cant drive 4 shit lately. Rx7s killed it as usuall Jeremy, Dan, and gary crazy!! And some guy in a green s13 hatch was wall riding the fuck out of it:D good job!!
