nice pics.. now i have a question this is about the second demo ive seen held there. and now am wondering .. is this done to be able to hold events there??? in the future?
 
lol the track is not a permanent fixture. They close city streets and put up the k-rails and rumble strips for that weekend only. The track is now back to normal everyday roads and the main straight is actually part of the neighboring airport.

no one else will see that course again until next april.

Its one of those "once and a Year" chances. I know that everyone of the drivers Love this course. Its nothing like Countyline, NOPI, Moroso, or Desoto. Its on streets, so they bring it back to the streets.

And Ill say this again. Each of you guys did a fucking great job! Yea you all had some wrecks but think of it this way. the Grand Prix had between 50,000 - 75,000+ people thru out the full weekend.:eek:

Only gripe i have is. You all were to close to each other. Spread it out some..hahahaha
 
from what i know last year was 100,000 people and this year attendance went up, even with the shotty weather here and there on sunday.
