So I made a mold of the inside of my friends overfenders. came out pretty good. need to add an extra layer to the outside to sturdy it up. These pics are right after i trimmed the mold and taped it on. still have some work to do to make absolutely PERFECT fitment. But it will be good.
roughly 49mm fenders 18x10-3 wheels 255/40 tires, gonna space out some more.
