help!!!

i have a 93 ka with 177,xxx on it i want to rebuild it to get a lil more power out of it not to crazy, cus i will be driving this back up to kentucky from florida for school., so my question is this 1) how hard is a rebuild. 2)what and where can i get parts and supplys. 3) how much will this run me, 4) has any one done this themselves??

rebuilding an engine takes expertise and experience.

Its going to be too much money to have someone rebuild the engine for the gains you are looking for. If you want a little more power with lots of room for improvements purchase a s13 blacktop, and do a fmic and walbro as part of the installation. at 12psi you have just added about 90whp to what ever you are driving now.

1 its pretty basic 2anywhere 3 to do it right replacing everthing "recmended" i would say about 500 4 yes w/paul

thas all i found a place where i can get a rebuild kit, thinking im gonna get a diffrent engine rebuild it then drop the freshly rebuilt engine in. with a friends help. also looking at the kit from amsperformance.com has ny one used them are they any good????
