Ok i really would like to find out whats really wrong with my CA motor. I'll give sombody like 50 bucks to come to fort lauderdale and check it out for me. My number is 954-993-3577
 
misfiring and knocking a little bit im guessing its a fuel problem because its leaking fuel from somewhere by the fuelrail

How do you know its leaking fuel by the rail? If it is, just replace the hoses. If you're just smelling fuel, you might have a stuck or leaky injector (or two or three)
