Help me with this noise?

BEFORE YOU ASK< YES I SEARCHED!

This is an 02 altima 2.5s manual. it has 148k miles.

I hear this stupid noise from the suspension whenever I got over a bump or rubble. I have completely dismantled the passenger front and back suspensions and nothing seems to be bad, or broken...
the only thing Im not sure of if my shocks are bad, the car has alot of sway up and down but Ive always heard that altima's have cloud shocks,,,

I searched on the forums and everyone has a different way in describing the noises they hear.. and noone had the bright Idea to VIDEOTAPE the noise...

So here it is...

Yep, ok cool, I'm just saying cause last blown shock I saw was on the ground. K thanks legion
 
It does not have to be on the floor, only car with air suspension will go to the floor when broken. Does your car feel like a boat you drive it?
