HELP!!! anybody with an 0bd2 scanner

Hey guys,

im willing to pay anyone who can come out to my house and scan my vw jetta for codes. Its my DD and it doesn't wanna turn over and i've tried everything!! Located in West Palm Beach

It wont even turn over give me a little more info because a scanner is gonna do nothing as far as something that sounds like a starter or voltage issue..
 
ok here goes the description:

1.im driving the car last week and it starts to die out like its outta gas (had a 1/2 tank).

2.It tries to start but the car does not turn over

3. it gets fuel

4.fuel pump turns on

5. i can smell fuel in the engine bay.

6. its getting full power (battery, alternator, fuses, starter)

I don't know what else!!!

I know the obd2 scanner will help because when my car died out that day, the check engine light was blinking...

Someone plz help with a scanner!!!
