god damnit i hate my damn HOA, they are a big pain in my ass. i need to get the roof fixed on my place and it has been a complete fucking joke. fuck im pissed. anyone else fucking hating their HOA?

oh yeah and i need to replace my a/c and they still havent gotten back to me weather or not i can run a sofit on the outside of the building or not... FUCK!!!!!
 
Yeah, I had to take my brand new Ter-tech stickers off my car when they were my shop sponsor b/c the stupid HOA considers that advertising and sent us a $300 fine. Also, I was never allowed to work on my car in the drive way and our garage flooring was crinkle shit that fell apart whenever a jack or jack stand was used on it. >:-(
 
wow that blows ass you got fined, i mean no warning or nothing just bam. what ass clowns. fuck i hate this frecking HOA bullshit. i would have fixed it by now if it was my house and been done with this bullshit. shocked that even ninjas have these problems too
 
i love my HOA. i work on my car, i spill oil, run open header. pretty much do whatever i want when it pertains to cars. and to top it off i have 4 spots to work on cars. my driveways always open guys
 
My car got towed when I popped my hood and left it open...Fucking blows. Then it got towed cause my tire was one-inch off the driveway on the grass....I also built a 3 foot mini-quarter-pipe for my skateboard in my backyard (mind you I have a wooden fence), Got a letter for that as well...HoA=Gayness

I have no HOA! woot! only way to be... do w.e. the fuck u want when u want... only people i gotta deal with are the popo's and they rarely show their faces!
 
damn I hear these stories in other convo's and it get too ridiculous, whining about property value and cleanliness of the community, when half the people see me work on their cars ask if I'm a mechanic and want help with there cars... Thats what a community is suppose to do right? eh

It was a warning - if the stickers weren't removed in x amount of days, I'd have to pay the $300 by whatever predefined date the letter said.
 
I can do anything other then Heavy Line work. No swaps. I do it anyway. The City of PP has been to my house several times. Threatened with other $4000 in fines. Becuase I was running a "Shop". Apparently a kid can't own 3 cars(daily, a parts car and a project). Fags.

Then we get the you must clean your sidewalk, you must clean your roof letters. WTF do we pay maintinance for? They don't mow my lawn. I have to pay Beaners to do it!

Atleast it isn't Weston. There you can't have a truck parked in front of your house. ANYTRUCK brand new or not. If your garage is open you must be in it. Fucking retarded
 
I remember that rule in Weston from back in my HS days...i figured they'd have done away with it by now. Ghey!

I don't have HOA neither but sometimes the city inspectors are all up in my business.

I was dropping in my built lt1 into my camaro about a year ago at honey hill trailor park. The place looks like a wreck already. I had some lady scream at me about how I'm making the community look like shit...The trailor next door suffered a fire so there was burnt wood all over, and the other trailor next door moved so there was all this garbage all over the lot. I need a 3 car garage...That would solve all my problems :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

yeah its great when they bitch about the stupidest shit, yet let pedophiles move into a "family oriented" development..... but will threaten to kick you out of your neighborhood for working on your car in YOUR driveway....assholes.
