Harness mounting? help

hey guys, im gonna be buying a bucket seat soon (Corbeau Forza good choice?) and im looking into harnesses. Im looking now at the 3" Corbeau 5 point racing harness. Now i was wondering do i need a roll bar to mount them? I mean im not even sure how you mount a harness...like where do u bolt the rear straps to and where do you bolt the side straps to? any help would be appreciated. Im driving with non functional seat belts...24yrs of driving has killed them and i don't want to eat my steering wheel if something happens while im driving lol
 
ok so the roll bar is so you dont damage your spine...but what about actual mounting of the harness straps? Do i just remove my interior and bolt it to the chassis? Can someone please post a pic of their setup i cant find any online thanks
 
i will post a pic later when i get home, although mine isnt set up the safest :-\ it keeps me in place
