Bring your car to Race Car Builders and get it over with. If you want to play with the big dogs you have to spend some money. The cage won't pass becasue it is a Bolt Together kit. Last I check RCB charged $150ish a point. Do it. Have Vijay put in a call and bite the bullet and get it done right.

The old saying goes do it right or do it twice! :bigthumbu

Z4K no wonder your my hero!!!!!...lol
but for my comment about the cage
if the sponsor gave it to you for free
then thats great but if you payed for it then you should start thinking about what you are buying first.
You might have S.R.P.S.
Spontaneous Ricer Purchasing Syndrome

ive mentioned this on other forums, but s&w race cars sells their 8 pt bar setup for $160 and they do offer it for nissans. For $220 you can get DOM piping instead, then its $400 for chrome moly. Just gotta pay someone to weld it in.

omg, all these people yanking on his crank. where is your cage? bolt in cages serve a purpose, he will rape that very purpose again and again and again and your mom.

sumone give me a cage n and sr already so i can show u people how to drift...hahah

Will you trade drifting lessons for grammar lessons? :) Sorry, that was just wayyy to easy

On the cage though; what brand is that? Not a bad bolt-in at all. Be safe though man, get a harness bar installed so you don't get hurt. I know my place is mad far away, but if you wanna bring it by, I will weld a tube in there for you for free. Also get some Ethafoam or Ensolite cage padding and put it anywhere your head could hit. Roll cage and bare head make a bad combo in a crash.

$900 for the standard cage that I normally do. Customer provides all materials.

It's a 6point with 1 diagonal bar on the main hoop, full width harness bar, windshield header bar, 1 side bar on each side, and I weld in a tube between the rear towers which is where the rear bars from the main hoop go to.

Lots of people count points differently, but the only thing to make the car stiffer would be connecting to the front strut towers, front subframe, and rear subframe.

PM me for more details.
