The 3.8 V8 has more HP than the Mustang V8. The turbo 4 will own all. I think I'm turning Korean. The day these come out is the day KDM TyTe will be the IN thing

yeah nothing beats actually having IRS verses mustangs sorry ass solid axle.

I mean seriously locko you saw the pics of it next to G37 right, the G37 costs like 33K base the genesis with every option V6 and all tops at 31K and has almost the same amount of power. I mean holyshit thats cheap.

yeah i agree i was on top of the genesis since the beggining ..but if i could afford a mustang GT i would get the gt rather than the genesis (which probably ill ended up buying) i know is crappier..but it comes into play taste.. i always loved the mustang roar and mustang looks i just cant afford it and i will never get a v6 plain crap... in any case i do root for koreans.. that is why i bought a korean sportbike.. 5,000 brand new 650cc. and faster than the kawi that sells for 8k

Well the car could end up being a POS. It is their first rwd platform, boosted engine, or high performance engine in general afaik. I didn't research this, but just thinking along the lines of previous offerings. I'd wait at least 2 years before even considering this thing. Still think the car/concept/approach is cool as hell and i'm totally impressed w/ hyundai for doing it either way.

I agree with holding off for a bit to figure out the bugs. The Genesis sedan has not been experiencing any drivetrain issues since its release. I know its much different with the coupe being a much sportier car, but at least they didn't have any engineering mishaps with the platform in general. I dont believe you will hear about any major engine or drivetrain issues since most of the engineering is based of Mitsubishi's stuff, not saying their any better but Mitsubishi has a lot of experience in RWD platforms and higher then average performance in small cars. Seems to me like the Koreans have some faith in their new toy...........

Im pretty sure this car shares the same motor as the Evo x, and calibur srt4. So the motor being a pos i'd say is out of the question. I think this car will be legit as fuck :bigthumbu
