Gear Grinding problems HELP

My SR20DET is one week old in my S13 and now when i pull off in 1st and shift to 2nd the gear grinds. I pumped the clutch thinking it was loosing pressure but it doesn't help. The only way it doesn't grind is when I shift really really slow into 2nd. What can I do? Is there a fluid I can put somewhere or what other options do I have? I'm sort of new to the whole SR so I have no idea. Please PM me with your help. Thanks Everyone
 
bleed your clutch... make sure you have enuf oil in the tranny... should take care of it... my 300zx does it between 3rd and 4th at redline unless i feather the piss out of the clutch.. im using 75w-90 instead of recommended 80w-90

question: does it happen to you all the time when you shift 1st to 2nd or just when you're WOT?
 
It does it all the time. Every single time i pull off from a stop, when i shift to 2nd it grinds. So bleeding the clutch wud be the way to go huh? Where do I do that? I'm totally new. lol
 
Well the tranny has 62,000 miles on it and was never beat up. So i don't think it wud be it. It has to be fluids or something.
 
how do you know it has 62k miles and was never beat up? did you buy it at 0 miles and drive it for those 62k and never beat on it? almost all s13 jdm parts have 80-110k+ miles on them.. if its grinding all the time in the same gear its def. a tranny problem
 
I know for a fact it does because it came from a guy i know, he's an adult that is not into the racing scene. I wouldn't say it if I weren't telling the truth.
