In this battle, who wins? Most of the components that I need to apply gaskets to are exhuast stuff i.e turbo elbow, dp, cat back, test pipe etc. I don't want any leaks.

are u fucking kidding me? u think a liquid gasket will hold 400 plus degrees? stop being cheap u jew. wtf is wrong with people these days. oh look a tube of gasket that must work for everything. read a book

For sealing turbo/manifold/wastegate exhaust connections, apply and let sit for 1 hr then warm engine to set. Will not burn out, cleans up with water, black in color. 3 oz tube, perfect of turbos without gaskets available.

really? shit I wasen't sure.. Cheap jew? no sorry, I'm just impatient and don't wanna wait for shipping. And 400 + degrees, gasket maker promises to withstand those temperatures. Oh, and yes, I am reading a book at this very moment. I'm in class. All in all, go fuck yourself and crawl back into your mothers ass hole.

I've been using it for a while on my catback and it has worked well. I wasen't sure about the elbow (considering that the area around the exhaust mani is really hot)

i have this on my turbo flange and exhaust for over a year and i like it better cause i would always blow turbo flange seals out and i have never had a problem with it

We run copper RTV on all our gaskets, including the outlet-downpipe and back. Never had a problem with blow outs, cooking it or anything else. And I haven't changed my exhaust in over a year.
