Single cam? Get a lot of 185s on 40 psi. lol

joking right? he will learn so much technique diving a car like this.

I think this is kind of a myth that helps dudes with crappy cars sleep at night.

One advantage to learning with a really slow car, is that you're less likely to go fast enough to crash.

Although that is funny, I truly think that learning on a car with less power is extremely helpful. You learn a lot more technique, as opposed to having power to compensate for lack of technique.

I'm cutting it sooooooo close with the car being ready... Don't know if I'll be able to drive this :((( Make me feel better and tell me there's another comp at CFRC soon... PLEASE.

Underpower ftw!!! Lol just use lotso 15s :bigthumbu

My .02 for whoever gives a sh!t is that I've learned LOADS from driving my slow POS, gone fast enough to crash every time I've driven CFRC, PBIR, n Homestead, but it helped me with technique. Now power time!

If I didn't have to fly out Monday, id be there chillin with u guys

Idk, maybe a solo comp in the next two or three events, haven't decided on anything yet.

Sweet!! I wanna go but the car isn't getting tuned till Saturday morning.. That doesn't give me enough time to work out all the kinks it will probably have lol

Yeah you can crash, but it's a lot harder to do. Slow cars are good for learning because everything is in slow motion, you have a lot more time to react to every situation, and mistakes are a lot more forgiving.

On that note. I'll be there in my really slow miata!
