Forza 3 question for benchmark track

So ive been looking for a good 20 minutes on google and it seems that the only way to get the benchmark track on forza 3 is to have the code from buying the game brand new. Is this still true? Is there any way to download the track? Or am i basically never going to be able to use this track?

i know forza 3 is old news, but whatever lol
