For those of you like me who can't keep your foot off the gas pedal...

If you had a court date on the ticket. You WILL have to show up. I got a reckless driving ticket about a year ago and I had to go. I think 30+ the limit has a mandatory court appearance. If you get a lawyer, see if your lawyer can speak with the D.A. before court, maybe they can work something out and manipulate your sentence. My lawyer got me out of it, I was looking at possibly 3 months jail time for my offense and she was able to keep me out of jail for $500 fine and the worlds longest driving course...


Let me add that it was my first major offense and I was only 16...

ticket clinic can't get you out of everything. Ive been to court 7 times now for driving offenses. Its great seeing the look on the judges face everytime i go back LMAO hes like WTF your back again. I get a speech for a hour then they take me to jail for three weeks. I got tired of it so i stoped speeding but it was funny as hell. I saw the judge about a month ago and he was like hey i haven't seen you in two years i figured you died in a firey crash. I laughed so fuckin hard i was crying in wal mart. Ticket clinic got me out of two tickets but the one i got for 149 in a 65 got me a $1500 fine three weeks in jail and they impounded and sold my GSX and the ticket clinic lawyer is like hey we dont win em all in a smart ass voice as there taking me off. I still wanna beat that guys ass. Long story short dont speed or you go to jail.
 
if you want to speed... get a bike ... :D they wont pursue you !! and if they do ..you can sue them back lol
 
fuck that every rule that they have about high speed chases and pursuing and shit is all thrown out the window when the cop gets a hardon for your ass.

I had a Toyota Paseo with 99HP and I got pulled over at 105 in a 75 on I-75...
Funny thing was I was late to Driving school for a reckless driving ticket and I got pulled over at 105... :laugh:
