five lug , is it worth it?

aside from wheel choice and brake upgrade ease, is the price worth the effort? what is the normal price for a full conversion? what should one look for in the junkyars to do it on a budget?

i know the 5 lugs have the drum brake option which to me seems better only if your e brake is hooked up along with it. but for the most part the 5 lug means nothing, esp. if you can find some nice drift beaters that are 4 lug (ie) sa3 sa3r and whatnot. however whenever you upgrade your speed and power you wanna be able to stop in a timely manner otherwise you might end up in a wall or something

Im only doing it because im sittin on my friends rims and i already have rims lined up that are 5 lug that will be sick, and i already have the rears, so im just looking for the fronts.

im doing it cause i dont want to have to get the 300zx rotors redrilled to 4 lug. other than that wheel choice too.

why it takes like 20mins to redrill the rotors yourself! your gonna spend like $500 to fix that?

oh ok i hope u get some sick wheels got go 5 lug and then put like honda15 inch +45 offset wheels

haha damn dont tell anyone... im going to have to save at first for the wheels, cause i really want those works gtu xx or what ever they are called those mesh wheels are.. man i want something nice badd.....

depends on the car, i see no reason to go 5 lug on a s13 if you have a shit load of old school jdm wheels to rock out, plus m30 brake upgrade and you are set... but thats just if you have a s13, i wouldnt go 5 lug on a hachi....

WORK VS_XX and they are awesome, you dont really need 5 lug to upgrade brakes, just redrill rotors and you can do 300zx but then you can;t use anything lower than s13 7 spokes(and yes they fit with 300zx brakes)
