I just bought omp wrc xl seat, gloves, and shoes. Pyrotech helmet, schroth harness, safequip suit and some other stuff. I really feel nauseas by spending $1500 in safety equipment.

makes it really hard to go from am to proam cuz of these costs. factor in a cage and all that, your average drifter has to find a 'spare' ~$3000 to just attend the events.
