For example, if the cooling system is utilizing pure water, it will absorb combustion heat and obtain its boiling point rapidly, leaving an air pocket around the combustion chamber. The air pocket will become a hot spot allowing for the combustion chamber temperature to rise. Equally bad is 100% antifreeze, which forms a blanket around the combustion chamber, keeping heat in and allowing the combustion chamber temperature to rise.

every1 that drives at orlando speedworld when you go from the bank to the apron will loose aero.
weird, cuase I see kitted cars drive there all the time and the only time I see people loose aero is when they drop in the x.
yeah ive done it all there. had my rear bumer pop off once when i think the person following me bumped me. good thing i had zipties. i just put it back on with no damage. ive gone from the x to the bank and it scrapes but front butts dont fall off.
the x will eat a side skirt though

Really the lock cylnder thing = free/cheap
Mount with zipties ok, just not ugly/visible= cheap
You dont have to have aero even, as long as you have a complete car, you can keep it stock body. I did that for 5/7 nopi events after their rule cost me my front kit in round 2. It was ugly, but it kept me driving.
*Their rule was ADDED mid-event that I must have a front end, and mine had already broken once that day, so it fell off rather easily. They added it cuz some guy busted a oil cooler on a Nopi triple stacker cone and they had no kitty litter to clean it so it 'took
too long' and so they made the rule.

No rules on tires this is not FormulaD it is FDC. You can run on any brand used or new as long as they are DOT approved street tires wear rating of 120 or higher.

I'm still working on a new location for season opener just trying ot avoid ovals. Unless you guys want to have it at Charlette county Punta Gorda which is safer than OSW I think. Let me know if everyone is cool with it we will schedule it there for April 10 or 11th or maybe both 10 as a qualifier and 11 as comp.
try to make round one towards the end of the month. it kinda hurts the IRL drivers if anything happens at the IRL event.
round one at punta gorda sounds good to me, but it will be hard for people to come to spectate being out in the middle of bum fuck egypt with nothing but rednecks around.

Damn April 10th-11th is killer since it's a week after IRL. Especially after the beatdown all our cars took then.
But I'm down for Punta Gorda.
