FDC Round 1 Vids

I have that stock returnless fuel system on my ls1, well for now at least, and it runs fine. I felt bad for the engine in that 240. There's absolutely no reason that car should have been at a drift event running that terrible. It honestly had less horsepower than a na ka, and sounded like it was going to come apart at any moment.

It sounded absolutley horrid.

It shouldn't be returnless. It should return at the fuel filter. LS1's are weird like that.

Yea, they return at either the fiilter or at the rail. Yours isnt returnless.

Im guessing the kid has it returnless and its flooding the fuck out the motor.

My stock fuel system is a returnless fuel setup that uses an electronic sensor to monitor the fuel pressure. The computer then uses that info to tell the pump modulator how much output the pump (a varying speed pump) needs to run at to sustain the desired pressure. Returnless work (typicaly only in stock or slightly modified stock setups) but are far more complicated than return systems.

Yeah it returns at the filter, but I thought that's what you were getting at, because it looks weird if you're not familiar with it. So I guess if say you ran the stock rails, but didn't run the stock filter? Maybe that's the problem?
