Sincerely im interested. I do have a resonator on the car which quiets it down. Not a total exhaust system but it shouldn’t be considered open down pipe. I do however have an atmospherically vented wg. Its a little more rawr then some people bargain for. its not louder then 3in naturally aspirated so am I good? (ill probably take my chances if sound ordinances are gay)
 
look, we had a civic show up with a straight pipe to a eBay muffler. the sound was BOUNCING off the surrounding buildings. the whole exhaust issue is a front *like those whole WARNING drifting on closed streets with professional driver* ads you see in every DVD......which are bullshit.
