Thats not a Peripheral Port.

In that pic of the motor (if it's the same car) it looks like a peripheral port because the front intake runner on the manifold doesn't run to where the normal intake port is. Also that's a custom 3 rotor set-up because the front intermediate housing is the same as the rear intermediate housing. It's probably one of the Aussie/NZ kits. It should be making around 500whp because the dragrace guys make 400 or more with a 2 rotor, but on methanol.
