Engine vibrates bad!

got an S13 that the engine vibrates bad. Not a violent shake but its really strong and makes the car run bad. Exhaust sputters and the engine wont rev hard at all. Any ideas? I was thinkin mayb the knock sensor?

Could be a fouling plug, or loose cable. When was your last tune up? Hows your MAFS? Vacuum Leak?

+1, also cap and rotor, or plug wires in wrong order.

definately not a blown motor LOL i've gone thru enough KAs to know of it was blown. Imma try and make it over to Emils house now and we're gonna check it out. If it makes it LOL
