Drift sessions at countyline april 27th

well i havent drift yet but im planning on starting with a car with a great setup and then learn .. i know i havent drift like most of you guys like for thousend of years lol :) but i did some rally and we always like to tune things every run lol maybe im mistaken and drifting is different ..could be :p i havent run my 240 yet so i still dont know how it feels.. i only driven her normally for 5 days in total :p which one of them died lol the clucht pressure pedal :p lol , if i decided i dont like drifting and i like just watching well i will still keep the car but let my friend drive it.. im a motorsport lover but im not in a rush to be the best drifter in the world lol .. but if i like it and i have some skills..(which i still dont know and i will not know until i try the car) i'll work my way to try to get to that level.. off course IM NOT HOGAN lol a kid with bunch of money and tons of experts lol and still sucks at it. the driver i like the most is DADO
he does everything with his friends and i like his agressiveness while drifting .
will see i still havent decided what i want to do.. maybe i will fall in love with drifting ..maybe i suck and i preffer road race .. i would ever consider rally if it wasnt coz there is none close to miami lol but will see :)
i really appreciate all the people that offer to sit next to me on the car and point and help . i will take you word for it lol :) !! i knew about drifting for a while ..but i havent been interested in ME doing it until when i talked a couple of words with dado.. that inspire me for trying ;) hey there is nothing to loose right :D beside..a fender...door...maybe roll over :laugh::laugh::laugh: lol

like i said before you are worrying too much man... go out there and drift... there is people going to events with bone stock cars and having fun... learn to drift first before you go crazy modifying your car...

are good advices ! as this moment car aint going anywhere.. lol is on my warehouse ready to have the hearth transplant :D!!!!

more than nothing i dislike having a car that dies on me on the events.. (what happened with the last 4 eclipse i have owned.. ) this time i want realiability and power in one shot .. lol im tired of pushing my car lol:laugh::laugh:
 
I don't think he's worrying as much as you guys are playing him out to be. I've talked with him in person, he'll be fine out there - just needs to get his feet a little wet in the sport.

Locko - if you want to discuss some setup tuning (suspension, tires, alignment, whatever) prior to the event, you have my number.

Well i hope to see you out there, get a ride along or 2, or 3, or 12. I Totally agree on setting up ur car. I know if most people had the time and money they would do it also. But learning the basics "to me" is easier on a very slightly modded car. All in all its ur car and ur money and in the end ur the one who will have the deal with the results good or bad. Any who come out early and you can sit in on another intense and highly ediducationalle :lolhittindrivers meeting.

/\/\ nice i was looking forward to some tips as this will be my first time at countyline. I'm gonna hook up my speedo for the first time so i can try different entries and know the speeds. :bigthumbu
 
^LMAO hell no my car is still in pieces theres no way it will be driftable by next sunday. i still gotta get a drive shaft, exhuast, and a massive radiator. and i still gotta install my suspension and braces. belive me i want nothing more then to unleash the monster that is my supra on countyline
