we closed on our house today! so we decided to start workin on the new house because we only have 30 days til our lease is up! so...

things needed before we can move in.
1. carpet and existing floor tile removal
2. remove popcorn from ceiling and repaint
3. repaint all the walls to our liking
4. lay tile through out the whole house!
5. install new garage door motor and tracks

first its tradition to toss coins and rice into a new house before you do anything!

mang wish i could lend a hand. i use to do handy work with my pops. That looks like a pretty big job though. Spend time and money wisely
 
thanks guys...we have alot of work to do in the 30 days before can move in...and alot of money to spend haha! maybe more pix tonight when we are too tired to walk anymore lol
