Ocala is a good track for anyone learning how to drift. However Ocala is not that good of a track for anyone who has a good amount of practice. It's a begginer's course because with one exception, all the turns are at completely low speeds. It's also safe for it's open spaces.

I think you got it backwards.. low speed drifting and connecting them is a lot more challenging then doing one long turn.

I'd beg to differ. Maybe it's a car thing. To me sliding an oval at Hialeah at mid/top of 3rd is a lot more challenging than connecting turns at Ocala in 2nd gear. You learn good weight transfer..... and that's good for someone starting. Hence why I defend that it's good for newcomers.

But once you reach certain point, that becomes kids stuff. My goal is to reach that point on the 3rd.

Guys if any of you guys need a place to crash hit me up i got an extra room 4 xbox's (i dont know either) and a 1000 watt home stareo system. You are all welcome if you'll take me along to the event i live in kissimme witch isnt real close but isnt real far from that track and the stay and food is free

I just have no transportion right and i really want to go :(

Isn't Kissimme farther north then oscala??

I wouldn't want to drive farther north and then have to come back south.

EDIT: 12:22AM I just finished registering for DD7. See u guys on the track! :D
