but i did sound kinda shady when you said you got our ur whip and was like searchin for the car around a corner and started usin ur phone, he most definetly thought some s h i t was goin down then and prolly thought you were the lookout.

i just think that davie pd just wanna keep their city as redneck as possible and wanna harass everyone who isn't -white drivin a pick up... ya hear? I do not drive in davie at night ever because of this. I had a similar (but non violent) encounter with dpd and I hear they are infamous from everyone. I'm sorry bro.
 
dam this is my first post i think on here and all i got to say is bull s***...... im stationed in japan man and i should be home in miami in about 3 -4 months..... this is not what i want to come home too..... i guess some sh*t never changes...... best of luck bro....... fry the bacon....

Its one of those things you can't get away from. When your in a situation like that, you are that cop's *****. Accept that, and then as soon as you get out of his grasp thats when you start thinking of a way to get yourself out of trouble. And in the case... remember to tell the judge that you were 'testing the limit's of your car so that in case of a situation where you would have to avoid something you knew how it would react. i was simply doing this in a parking lot where i knew i would not endanger anyone else's life.' Make sure that you dont sound like your 100% innocent. Whenever a cop pulls me over for any reason.. i always use regret to get them to be lighter on me. never saying "oh i didnt see the stop sign because i was too busy looking for cops". As for your current case.. i would say when you see this cop make sure your 100% HONEST. Let the judge know that you have no record, and that you have never been in trouble for anything like this before. If your lawyer is a good one... he will check into the cop's record as well to bring it up in court that it happened to other people the same, or similar story. Anyhow, dunno how else i can help but be safe. Cops are always **** heads... KNOW YOUR RIGHTS.
 
yo suaknee that is beyond ****ed up...go talk to tj and he will help out and give you some advice. Def. get these assholes what they deserve. If I were you I would take that **** to the media and really give those assbags something to get nervous about.
 
i dunno what to say, but none of this is good. Talk about being in the wrong place at teh wrong time. :( I really hope everything works out alright in court for you. i hate hearing twisted **** like this.

ok.............. the first part is gonna make him look like a complete dip****. Stress the part about doing this in a place where nobody would be dangered. Judges DO NOT like to be toyed with.
 
I offer my "good luck" to you my man. I too was a victim of police bull****. In other words I was part of a drug sting...when the only thing I was dealing in was washing dishes breaking my back working 14 shifts a week 7 days a week at the age of 17 to pay my bills.
Anyways, I was set up, stalked, and arrested by some crooked cop for his own personal gain. Now alomst 4 years later im trying to become a officer and for some reason I can't.....hmmm maybe that bull**** charge of felony possesion has something to do with it.
Oh yea, im applying to the same dept that arrested me!!!! Now aint that some ****.

Bro good luck with that, and if your lawyer will sue.....GIVE ME HIS NUMBER!!! I would love to sue for what was done to me....we can open up a drift track dude, think it over!

Yeah that's true. I think trials are kinda fun so I take all my tickets to court and fight them alone. The douche bags that try to make up these fantastic stories about how they were doing the right thing (that are obvious lies) always get the judges pissed off which in turn leads to them getting the harshest punishment. He's talking to lawyers though so I doubt they will defend him based on such rediculous claims anyway.

What happened was wrong and sometimes this **** sucks.You can fight for this trial and see what u can do but it will still stay and remembered for the rest of your life.I hate to say this that it happened to me twice and I was beat up bad because I was a FILIPINO and caught in the wrong place and the wrong time.I was so angry and wanna find them and kill them. It took some time to get my self together until I found out that this world is ****ed up and corrupted.Just like when I was growing up in the Philippines.
You just have to be strong and you might prove yourself right infront of the judge but 80% he will favor the pigs.because they always assumed that u r a street racer/thug.that a lot of people get killed every year because of racing and illegal drifting on busy road or in a private property.well goodluck and we'll see what this trial can get you.let me know if need help and Im still here as your BRO/COUSIN to support you .stay strong---goodluck ROMEO

but yeah dude, that sucks. cops r pretty ****in crooked. make sure u fight this **** or else these pig mohter****ers or theyll keep doing this kinda ****.

Thanks so much for the support guys. It makes me feel great. I appreciate it all.
Right now I'm planning to see a doctor and file a compliant with my lawyer.
The pain in my left temple is fading but only hurts when I yawn and open my
jaw really wide. My thigh is still sore and I'm still traumatized. Funny haha but
yeah I feel weird even play fighting with anybody.

The deal is this, I have to get the criminal charges dropped first then I can sue
in civil court for police brutality, violating my civil and constitutional rights. Im
praying I win this.
