D1 Game On Ps2

Some of us have that. I played that game and D1GP 2005 thanks to xero240. Can't tell you much about D1GP because I haven't played it in such a long time, but I recently played D1GP 2005 and it isn't a bad game. You can compete in the D1GP series championships from 2001 to 2005. From Ebisu to Irwindale, they're all there. Either in dry or wet conditions. After a while that got boring because the computer didn't pose much of a challenge. If you do want a challenge, move on over to Survival mode. You'll get 3 continues and you'll have to compete against every driver in the game including the D1 Judges Mana-P, Orido, and Tsuchiya. Every new driver you compete and beat, you're able to unlock them in the game. You can then use them to compete in the D1GP series if you'd like. The driver list has increased and the drift machines are up-to-date. Each car handles differently. For example, I found Ueno's Soarer to be easily controllable and predictable while Taniguchi's Altezza needed much more attention to the throttle and steering. Theres also a new option called D1 Theather. In there you'll find videos from various D1GP events that you can unlock as you progress through the game. Theres about 40 (Forgot how much exactly) videos to unlock and all are fun to watch. The Tsuchiya Trials mode carries over from the previous D1GP game. Tsuchiya will give you a set of tasks to complete and you'll be scored at how well you can do it. Depending on the challenge, there will be a certain amount of points you'll need to acquire in order to get a gold, silver, or bronze medal. The better you slide, the more points you'll get. Lose your slide and you'll start losing points. Crash into a wall and you'll lose all of it. It's that simple. But in the end I still like GT4 better. I find GT4 to be more rewarding when you can bust out a slide. In this game it seems all too easy, but it does require some skill to enter the turns correctly. D1GP 2005 is a game for the drift enthusiasts. If you're not into drifting, go check out GT4.

That's my BLADDER mini-review of the game. ;)

cool...only place I found it for sale was Japan Amazon
that's why I started to look for it.
Well guess is that we will be next.

I always wanted to get that game. it looks so hot. And you can build your own car in the game too. And something too many racing games are missing, AE86 coupes. Why do they always have hatches, but no coupes. I mean, i actually like the hatch more, but still, i like to have everything.
