Cressida

cressida with 2jz FTMFW!!!!!!!!, ny friends brother is about to swap out his 1j for a 2j. the 1j pushed 450, its basically a drop in, but you have to do a 5 speed swap and use that ecu. its really cool to watch a four door oldskool car fly by you at 140, in 4th

5 speed swap on stock cressida motor? need custom bellhousing, depending on the transmission you uses. best bet, 89 or newer cressida + 89 or newer 7mgte/r154. 935motorsports has aftermarket suspension stuff and i think lsd's. there's a whole bunch of threads on supraforums.com bout the builds and swaps

Do a 1JZ late model Cressidas is a bolt in affair. Then Wire it or have Jimmy do it.

Cressida! i got a 7M-GTE/5spd tranny/driveshaft/diff For such a conversion.... it can be yours for the right price! but i'll probably hold on to it for a future project....

who ever plans on bringing a cressida into the drift scene.....MAKE SURE ITS VIP DAMN IT!!!! LIKE This one!

All he needs is a 5 speed tranny. when Phil got it sliding, he was doing pretty well. He just needs a clutch to kick.

If phil had 5spd in the M30...he would be tearing that shit up....auto does no good....Bring VIP in the S.FL Scene!!!!! :bigthumbu :bigthumbu :bigthumbu :bigthumbu :bigthumbu

fcuk VIP and glorifying these piles of metal, enjoy ya shyte, and bang the heck out of the engine and suspension. what woluld you rather have, a street/track monster, or a show/no go booty queen?
well a booty queen does sound nice, but this is cars, and this is just my opinion,

my friend has a 7mgte in his cress, pushing a greddy turbo and new gaskets (7m's are infamous for blown headgaskets and smoking) however, his junk was clean and pushing almost 400 on his 3.0liter supra engine. they would be tight if they didn;t have so many problems. but now he's getting a 1jz, i would love to see how that one turns out

VIP is already in the SFL scene.. idk if you haven't seen the 50+ Aristo's and Q45's and Soarers and now with the domestic VIP starting with that chrysler 300 or w/e its called is a badass VIP

Custom Bell houseing? what are you smokeing, the M series engines have all had the same Bolt pattern on the rear of the block. The cressida depending on year either came with a 4M (1978-82) 5M-GE (83-87) 7M-GE (88-91) Any yeah supra manual first to 3rd gen W50-W54-W58-R194 will swap right on to the engine with a manual flywheel and clutch. The cressida Uses most aftermarket parts to the comparable year supra. LSD's again from the same gen supra. Its not really hard getting aftermarket stuff its just the car is a bit more challenging for people who only can do bolt ons, That dread mixing and matching parts.
