i seen the track more packed in racing events but to keep it going we have to get lots of ppl to watch and pay 10 bucks thats my 2cents cuz at the end of the day all they care about is money,

5$ eh doesnt effect me. I ususally drive 4+ hours to a event, just to shoot.

That's a great way to look at things.
Some people have mortgages. Some people would like to buy things to further themselves in their photography career. Not everyone does it because they "enjoy" it. I am sure that's why they chose it as a profession, but some people use photography to make a living. $5 every weekend adds up you know. It adds up even more when you're driving 3+ hours every weekend to get to the events.
