Clunk in the back

Everytime I hit the brakes I hear a clunk in the back. It feels as if the body is coming off the chasis from the back. Also, although I keep balancing my tires, the steering wheel keeps trembling and so does the tranny shift stick (its an automatic zenki). Anyone has any idea what the problem may be?

get new bushings

i have sort of the same problem..
try the bushings...

or maybe its my fucked up shocks in the back ..

Check the rear subframe bushing or tranny mounts.
