it snows in the mountains up here some times... its snowing in iowa right now.

Tennessee.. high altitude in the mountains will be a better bet for snow..
like s14fbs said, Gatlinburg would be good for your sisters experience..

well its not snowing right now i should know since i live in NC... should snow later in the year. snow in Minnesota right now, and its always snowing in wyoming...
