car wont move

hey guys, this isnt for my car its more for my friend. he has an s13. lately the car has be getting out of first gear crappy like it takes long to grab and go. the other day he was driving home and it completely stopped pulling, like a regualr stop at the light he put the car in 1st gear and when he let go of the clutch it didnt go anywhere.....

all gears go in perfectly but none makes an effort to move, cars turns one engine is fine, but car doesnt more ...at all clutch or no clutch it goes no where.

diagnosis???? im guessing new clutch and pressure plate?

check the air pressure of the clutch it should be under the passenger side mirror it has to be on 13 lbs

parts under $20 but you have to remove your tranny which is a pain in the ass without a lift. Trust ive doen it enough times by my self. At that point you might as well change your clutch since you have the tranny off.

could also be your clutch slave mine wouldnt engage before cause the slave died.

or low on fluid

have someone look under the car at the slave and see if its working when you press the clutch

happened to me already and it was the master + slave (might as well replace both at the same time)

dose it go in gear just wont move or dose it not go in gear at all when its started, if it dont go in gear try to put in gear when the car is off and start it and c if it moves forwerd if it does its your master/slave if not something is fuked up bad

ok :
car is on/off and placed in gear. does not move, it revs normally and fine as if it were going to move but nothing happens
