car shakes alot

ok, well i drive a 1990 NA nissan 300zx..ive been driving around today and come to notice it shakes alot more than it used to...what can this be?? a down cylinder? bad injectors? bad spark plugs? low compression? i used to think it was my exhaust because i run full 3 in. and i believe i had some poor welding done or a hole popped up or something so i thought thats way it shook..but now idk..so can someone please help me out..thanks

its not making noise..but a possiblity on the motor mounts..ima have to check more into that..thanks man

Normally motor mounts go. If it's a shake or "wiggle" when you hit bumps then it's the bushings in the IRS. Normally those go in the arms. After that I'd start looking at the subframe bushings.
